Harcourts Rockhampton is officially the Top Office in Queensland for 2005-2006, and No 3 in Australia
After it was presented with the Top Office Award last month at the Harcourts Queensland Annual Awards Dinner, Harcourts Rockhampton was then awarded 3rd place Top National Office on Wednesday night at Harcourts’ Annual Awards which concluded Harcourts’ three day Annual Conference at Conrad Jupiters on the Gold Coast.
No less than 178 real estate offices operating as part of Harcourts Group Australia nation-wide competed for this award throughout 2005/2006.
One of the most consistently successful Harcourts offices, Harcourts Rockhampton has been open for seven years with Julie and Stan Cooke as Business Owners. Harcourts Rockhampton was also awarded its Platinum award on the evening, based on reaching a sales milestone. Jason Rayner, one of the 12 sales consultants at Harcourts Rockhampton, was awarded his individual Platinum Achievement award and No 3 Top Residential Sales Consultant for the Year.
“This award was the result of an extremely motivated team. Through constant interaction and strong team spirit, the success of each member of this team is aimed for and achieved. Each sales consultant has a strong commitment to their clients and aim toward making clients for life,” Ms Cooke said.
Stan and Julie Cooke have both been involved in and passionate about the Rockhampton real estate industry since 1980, giving them excellent knowledge and expertise in the local real estate industry.
