One of Harcourts’ most successful Business Owners has opened a new Harcourts office in Greenbank, completing the strategic plan for the Harcourts Scenic Rim Group.

With offices in Greenbank, Beaudesert, Jimboomba and now Greenbank, Business Owner and Principal, Robbie Drew, said that with the latest office in Greenbank, the Harcourts Scenic Rim Group now has the capacity to effectively service one of the largest franchise areas of Harcourts in the great south east. 

“We are able to combine Harcourts’ world-renowned technology, training and systems with a focus on establishing trust and respect with our clients who always remain at the centre of the process,” Ms Drew said.

According to Ms Drew, who has almost 30 years experience in the real estate industry, the area surrounding the Greenbank office is fast developing into one of the sought-after smaller lifestyle acreage areas with extensive future growth planned.  Greenbank’s median house price is $520,000 with a 12% growth in the past year.

Starting out with an effective sales team of three, Ms Drew plans to increase the Greenbank team to six and establish a property management portfolio, due to a strong local demand for rental property.

Ms Drew said that the goal of the Harcourts Scenic Rim group is to now consolidate the new offices and to build up a highly professional team of sales consultants, property managers and administration staff.
