Jim Ryan from Harcourts Coorparoo was awarded Harcourts Queensland’s Top Residential Sales Consultant for 2007-2008
The announcement was made on the weekend at the Harcourts Queensland Annual Awards Dinner. Mr Ryan, whose career in the real estate industry started in the 1980s, has been a sales consultant and Business Owner at Harcourts Coorparoo for several years, consistently achieving awards at the quarterly and annual awards functions each year, including Number 2 Residential Sales Consultant last year for the second year in a row, leading up to his spectacular No 1 achievement this year.
CEO of Harcourts Queensland, Aaron Brooks, said, “Jim is a warm, approachable and genuine person, who cares about the interest of his clients and is passionate about his work. His award last night reflects the exceptional service his clients in Brisbane’s south-east have been receiving for decades now, and the referrals that have come as a result.”
John McLeod, a multi-award winner from Harcourts Bulimba, was awarded his Diamond $200 million pin, reflecting a prestigious personal sales milestone. He is the first recipient of this award in Australia. In Harcourts Australia’s National Awards last year, Mr McLeod was placed 7th among over 1000 sales consultants in the country, and Harcourts Bulimba was also placed 7th among 185 Australian offices, a testament to Mr McLeod’s outstanding success during his career spanning several years.

Joseph Codianni from Harcourts Commercial Gold Coast was awarded Top Commercial Sales Consultant. Harcourts Rockhampton won the Queensland Office of the Year award for the second year in a row.
