The recent National Annual Awards have seen Harcourts Bulimba scoop the pool of the most prestigious individual and office awards for 2007-2008.
At the recent black tie Harcourts National Awards function, Harcourts Bulimba achieved the Top Office for Revenue per Sales Consultant award, and 6th place in the Top Australian Office category. The office was victorious among more than 240 other offices in Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales, Western Australia and Tasmania and Brock Harcourts offices in South Australia.
The property management division of Harcourts Bulimba, Blue Property Management, was also awarded second place Top Property Management Office.
John McLeod, one of the organisation’s consistently achieving top Sales Consultants, was awarded Top Marketing Budget. This announcement has come less than two weeks after Harcourts Queensland’s awards function, where Mr McLeod became the first recipient in Australia of the Diamond 200 Award, reflecting a prestigious personal sales milestone.
The most exciting announcement for the evening came when the Business Owner of Harcourts Bulimba, Harcourts Carina and Blue Property Management, Cathy McLeod, became only the second Australian to be inducted into the prestigious Harcourts Hall of Fame.
The Hall of Fame was launched in 2000 to immortalise those outstanding individuals who have made a significant contribution to the success, growth and quality of the Harcourts brand.
CEO of Harcourts, Aaron Brooks, said, “Cathy has personally made a commitment to become one of the most consistently successful Business Owners in Queensland, and also in Australia. She has selected, trained and inspired a truly talented team of individuals in her offices, resulting in the most outstanding achievements this year, surpassing all of our expectations and hopes. Congratulations to Cathy, John and the rest of the team for their well-deserved titles.”
