New Talent for Hunter Valley Real Estate Industry
Wed, 25 Jun 2008

A dynamic professional has brought world class real estate systems and technology to the Hunter Valley area, with the opening of Harcourts Hunterwide.

Mr Glenn Carroll has opened a brand new Harcourts office in Maitland, and has plans to open offices in two other centres in the Hunter Valley within the next two years.

He brings to the area extensive local experience and an enviable reputation that he gained as the largest land developer in the Hunter Valley.

“When the opportunity to open a brand new Harcourts office presented itself, I jumped at it,” Mr Carroll said.

“I have always regarded Harcourts as the best franchise in the country, with first class training, a highly sophisticated system and a terrific culture. I firmly believe that in order to really grow and prosper in this industry today, you need to be part of something bigger and Harcourts is just that. I count myself fortunate to be a part of this new and innovative company.”

According to Mr Carroll, the Hunter Valley is recognised as the fastest growing regional area in NSW.

“It is also a fantastic opportunity for first home buyers as well as investors to latch onto something that's going to be very exciting over the next 22 years. People are coming to live here not only due to the unique lifestyle it offers, but also because of the job opportunities, its tourism, wineries and nearby beaches.”

Mr Carroll said he is offering the full range of real estate services from his state-of-the-art offices.

“We are planning to become an exceptional real estate agency with a significant Property Management division.”

CEO of Harcourts New South Wales, Walter Nanni, said, “Glenn and his incredibly passionate and professional team have already made their presence felt in this exciting region and I am looking forward to watching them soar to great heights as they aim at making a real difference to real estate buyers and sellers alike.”
