Jim Ryan from Harcourts Coorparoo was awarded Harcourts Australia’s Top Residential Sales Consultant for 2007-2008.
The award was presented to Mr Ryan at last week’s black tie Harcourts National Awards function, which concluded Harcourts’ three day Annual Conference at Conrad Jupiters on the Gold Coast.
Mr Ryan triumphed among over 1000 other sales consultants from Harcourts in Queensland, Western Australia, New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania and Brock Harcourts in South Australia for this prestigious and well deserved National title.
The announcement has come less than two weeks after Mr Ryan was announced as the Top Sales Consultant in Queensland for 2007-2008 at the Queensland Annual Awards Dinner, where he was successful among over 500 sales consultants throughout the state.
Mr Ryan, whose career in the real estate industry started in the 1980s, has been a sales consultant and Business Owner at Harcourts Coorparoo for several years, consistently achieving awards at the quarterly and annual awards functions each year, including Number 2 Residential Sales Consultant last year for the second year in a row, leading up to his spectacular No 1 achievement this year.
