Joseph Codianni, Business Owner of Harcourts Commercial Gold Coast, was announced as the No 1 Commercial Sales Consultant in Australia.

The award was presented to Mr Codianni at Harcourts’ recent National Awards function, which concluded Harcourts’ three day Annual Conference at Conrad Jupiters on the Gold Coast.  

Mr Codianni triumphed among hundreds of other commercial sales consultants from Harcourts in Queensland, Western Australia, New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania and Brock Harcourts in South Australia for this prestigious and well deserved National title. 

The announcement came less than two weeks after Mr Codianni was announced as the Top Commercial Sales Consultant in Queensland for 2007-2008 at the Queensland Annual Awards Dinner.

Mr Codianni opened his office in July 2006, and was the first purely commercial Harcourts office in Australia. Mr Codianni’s considerable experience in the real estate industry consists of 20 years as an investor and developer, before beginning his successful commercial real estate sales career in 2003, operating from a large commercial real estate franchise on the Gold Coast.

Already an award winning sales consultant before joining Harcourts, Mr Codianni settled close to $7 million in commercial and industrial sales and leasing in the three months prior to opening his office, located at 136 Ferry Road, Southport.

Mr Codianni and his team look after the sale and leasing of commercial and industrial property, together with project marketing and retail.
