A partnership of dynamic businessmen is set to take the local real estate industry by storm, with the opening of Harcourts Sunnybank Hills.
Gary Dellios has over 20 years sales experience, working with international brands, mostly in the pharmaceutical industry. He is joined by business partner, John Hwang, a former biomedical research scientist in the higher education sector, before beginning his real estate sales career two years ago forming the high profile John White team.
Mr Dellios and Mr Hwang felt they could not pass up the opportunity of opening up their own real estate business in Sunnybank Hills under the Harcourts brand.
“We feel that Harcourts is a well known name in the industry, a young exciting organisation that is renowned for their professional image throughout Queensland and the world. Couple this with the extraordinary technological systems and a great support team, and there really was no other choice,” Mr Dellios said.
According to Mr Dellios, Sunnybank Hills is a diverse, multi-cultural area, continuing to grow in popularity, and offering a cross-section of residential property.
The business partners said they were determined to make a great success of their first office and then open successive offices.
